Stand tall, turkey leftovers.

It’s tough to know what to call this casserole comprised of leftovers. Chris calls it The Conglomeration. But,IMG_0755 you can be sure that if you like a turkey dinner, you will like this tasty dish.

Leftover Turkey

Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray or butter an 8 inch baking dish.

Put down a loosely packed layer of roasted turkey – no fat, skin or bones.

Add a similar layer of cooked vegetables – I used roasted brussels sprouts – and then stuffing. Cover lightly with turkey gravy.

Spoon on mashed potatoes and more stuffing and drizzle with gravy.

Cook covered for 30 minutes.

Remove cover and turn heat up to 375 degrees.

Cook about 15 minutes more, or until very hot in the middle.
