Take Another Look: Greek-Style Pasta Salad

Food bloggers are often reminded to reprise favorite recipes. I thought of that today when I made Food Sharing Network‘s Greek-Style Pasta Salad. I’ll serve it tomorrow with a family fave – Stuffed Cabbage – for a special family dinner that will include a selection of dishes not ordinarily put together.  I must say, tho, I’m counting on the combo tasting great. Here’s my menu with some links to the sources.

Stuffed Cabbage Dinner and much more…

I’ll boil the kielbasi for about 40 minutes until very tender. I grew up with excellent kielbasi from White Eagle’s in Brooklyn, NY. Now that I live in New Jersey, I shop at Adam’s in Wallington for this delicious sausage and other delicacies such as Seven Sisters Babka and Polish rye bread.

Dessert will be a chocolate pound cake and Food Sharing Network’s Apple Cake.

Serve as a simple snack or plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a luscious dessert with dinner.

I’m getting hungry.

Variations: Check out a much fancier version of Stuffed Cabbage by Food Sharing Network contributor Rose Ellen Lorber-Termaat. You have two excellent choices.
