Searching for the right gluten-free dessert for Thanksgiving?

There’s a great deal of talk about the turkey when it comes to Thanksgiving Day, but those of you who have a sweet tooth might be more focused on the bounty of desserts typically served. There are numerous favorites, some of which are not at all difficult to make, but the real challenge can be a gluten-free offering. Do not our wheat-avoiding guests deserve a special treat to end their meal? Food Sharing Network recommends our Ice Cream Sundae Pie. Make two if you are having a crowd – the rich pie can be quite popular.

Some more traditional fare: apple pie and pecan pie. The pecan pie is exceptionally easy to make by using a deep dish frozen pie crust, or up the ante with a homemade butter crust.
