I give full credit to my CSA share from Richfield Farms in Clifton, NJ and Jeanne Lemlin for her recipe for the Best Pasta Dish in the World. Don’t be fooled by the simple ingredients. Follow the instructions and use high quality products, and you will not be disappointed.

I served the sauce, which is uncooked, over hot spaghetti and with steamed Brussel sprouts and hearty Italian bread for an easy-to-prepare and delightfully delicious meal.
