Easy and Guilt-free: Cauliflower Pizza

My sister, Patricia, couldn’t wait to tell me about the cauliflower pizza her friend Tonya made for her. Truthfully, I had never heard of it before, but since then I have learned that cauliflower pizza is becoming increasingly popular, as more people eat gluten-free or try to cut down on calorie-laden items such as pizza crust.
