A Summer Classic – Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry MuffinsI can’t resist trying new recipes for blueberry muffins. This time, I was looking for something moist, but quick and easy. This recipe was billed, rightfully so, as being scrumptious. Sour cream and butter make it rich.

One note – there was one person at the table, a blueberry muffin lover, who thought there were too many blueberries. You can decide for yourself. I must add that these lovely little cakes tasted good for a few days until they were gone. Often, muffins need to be eaten the first day, or they are dry and hard.
